  • Payment information – credit or debit card details and billing information, collected and processed for the purpose of taking payment for bookings and any additional charges properly payable under our Terms & Conditions.
  • Communications – records of enquiries, quote requests, phone calls, emails, SMS messages and any feedback, complaints or reviews you provide to us or post publicly (for example, on Google Business Profile or Facebook).
  • Site evidence – photographs or other supporting evidence relating to site condition, damage claims or incidents, where you or we provide these in connection with clause 4 of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Website and technical information – IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring website and general usage data collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools when you use our website.
